How to convert from ALM to LM?
This is done online. Log in to your ISA a/c. Your ISA regd. E Mail ID is your log in ID. Password is with you. If you don’t remember password click forgot password. New password will come to your E Mail. Now log in using this password.

Click --> Change ALM to LM Fill the relevant columns & data.

Upload University PG Certificate & Medical Council Certificate for Addl. Qualification. Simultaneously correct address & Branch change if required

How to change Branch ? (Branch Transfer)
This is done online. Log in to your ISA a/c. Your ISA regd. E Mail ID is your log in ID. Password is with you. If you don’t remember password click forgot password. New password will come to your E Mail. Now log in using this password.

Click --> Change of Branch

Fill the relevant columns & data. Simultaneously correct address & if ALM & passed PG & Regd PG qualification with Medical Council change ALM to Lm as detailed above

How to change Address?
This is done online. Log in to your ISA a/c. Your ISA regd. E Mail ID is your log in ID. Password is with you. If you don’t remember password click forgot password. New password will come to your E Mail. Now log in using this password.

Click --> Change address Fill the relevant columns & data.

Simultaneously change Branch if needed & if ALM & passed PG & Regd PG qualification with Medical Council change ALM to LM as detailed above

All ISA members are requested to log in and check correctness their E Mail ID & Mobile No. How to log in?
If you have already registered your E Mail ID & Mobile No.( Active Life Member), click "log in" at the top right type your E Mail ID registered with ISA and then password. You will have access to your details.
If you do not know the password, click forgot password. New password will come to your E Mail / Mobile. Using this log in and update your fields. If you complete mandatory fields including uploading recent photo, all data will be saved. Now you can set your own password.
If you are unable to complete updating all fields, you will have to do it later. You can use the same system generated password or again request for new password by clicking forgot password.

If you complete updation you will be able to download your ID Card, Membership Certificate, Request for online transfer of membership etc. If you are an inactive member, i.e, your E Mail & Mobile are not registered with ISA, click "activate inactive membership"and follow the instructions.
You have to submit your correct name (you get it in the list published in our website under inactive members) & ISA No. If it matches, you will be asked to give your mobile No. to send OTP. Now enter this OTP 7 then enter your E Mail ID Then upload your identity proof (any 2) and submit. ISA Office will verify the identity and approve you and convert to Active Life member.

Now you can update your data like explained above as you are an active life member no. You have registered your mobile & E Mail, but unable to log in: means you have typed wrong or there is some difference between the E Mail ID / Mobile No. you are typing & what is entered in the ISA database.
You have to send a request to isanhq@gmail.com with copy to secretaryisanhq@gmail.com quoting your Name, ISA No., correct E Mail ID & Mobile No. ISA NHQ will verify and correct the mistakes, update and inform you.
Then you can update as a Active Life Member Please note that For E voting or online voting correct E Mail ID & Mobile Noare required. Data Base Updation is for giving more facilities to members.
